1. Not the Jesus I know!
I don't understand why these Catholic abusers get to stay in retirement or monasteries, instead of doing hard time in prison for their evil acts. Anyone who had part in these abuses should be dismissed of their leadership/privileged positions in the church. All I can say for sure is that they did not truly know the God of "Shalom" and were not Christ followers. Unless they repented of their sins, they will not enjoy paradise. As a protestant Christian, who has both European and Native American roots on both sides, I am deeply saddened the way my ancestors were treated and forced to assimilate.
