1. SAILABILITY
Community Sailing and use of Duffy Boats (M160) along with Solar-wind can: 1. enhance tribal sovereignty ; 2. Show that we are taking care of mother earth; 3. Enforcing safe and sensible use of the fishery and the people's water(remember everybody uses water); and have fun along with the challenged persons(MDA/UCOPA) to finally have access.
