Victoria Fox is an enrolled member of the Ho-Chunk Nation and serves as Advertising Executive and News Editor at The Circle. She is a community-focused communications and operations professional with more than a decade of experience in administration, community outreach, client relations, resource coordination, and organizational support.
Her background includes healthcare administration, human resources, community engagement, communications, advertising, and nonprofit operations. At The Circle, Victoria supports the publication’s editorial coordination, advertising, website and social media content, audience engagement, partnerships, distribution, and day-to-day operations. She is passionate about helping guide The Circle into its next chapter while honoring its longstanding legacy of independent Indigenous journalism, advocacy, and community storytelling.
Victoria is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Tribal Administration and Governance at the University of Minnesota Duluth. She is also actively involved in Ho-Chunk community initiatives and enjoys finding new ways to connect culture, community, and modern media while helping amplify Indigenous voices.
Outside of work, Victoria enjoys traveling, hiking, attending live music and cultural events, staying active, sewing, following hockey, and the occasional Star Wars marathon.
