On June 24th, 116 golfers converged on Long Bow Golf Club to support the 6th annual Leech Lake Tribal College Golf Classic, which raises funds in support of student scholarships at LLTC.

Led by title sponsor Leech Lake Gaming, more than 75 area businesses also joined the event, providing sponsorships and door prizes. It took a score of 57 (15 under par) for the team of Leroy Fairbanks, Scott Jackson, Matt Connor and Dakotah Brunelle to win the event.  Next year’s event is tentatively scheduled for Friday, June 29th, also at Long Bow Golf Club.
